Mingary 3 has one twin room and two single rooms and Mingary 4 has one double and two single rooms.
Downstairs, the lounge/dining room comes complete with TV and open fire, if required, although both houses are centrally heated throughout. The kitchen offers a microwave oven and fridge in addition to the oven/hob and all the usual utensils.
Looking east and south, the conservatory also doubles as a drying room and houses the automatic washing machine.
