The cottage enjoys an appealing rural setting, along a quiet
country road, with open outlook towards the distant Morvern
Hills. It stands in a pleasant, good-sized enclosed private
garden bordered on one side by a small fenced stream.
Lachan Cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms : Two King Size Double en-suite bedrooms; one Twin bedroom with main bathroom/shower room. There is also a 'Z' bed for 7th person.

The Bunkhouse is also available as an extra twin bedroom sleeping two people. There are 2 single beds and has TV and tea & coffee making facilities. However no washroom or toilet facitities, guests to use facitities in main cottage.
If required the Bunk House is an extra £120 per week. Please state on enquiry if required.

Dogs welcome by arrangement at a cost of £20 per week.
Although dogs are welcome at Lachan cottage they must be kept in the
porch and are not allowed in the rest of the house.
There is a surcharge of £50 for dogs - This is repayable at the end of your holiday if this acted on.
Any signs of dogs having been in the rest of the property, then you will not be refunded of your surcharge.
The accommodation will be from 4pm Saturday of arrival - 10am Saturday of departure.
On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival. In the event that the property or garden area, or contents of the Cottage is deliberately, or negligently damaged or broken by you, or any member of your party, you will be fully liable for the repair or replacement of the item(s) in question.
There is a £50 deposit for any breakages etc. This will be refunded if not required.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with anything regarding the let of either property, we request that you notify us immediately in order for us to have an opportunity to address your concerns. Failure to disclose your concerns to us during the letting period will forgo any future compliant procedure.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.
Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit, unless you book an alternative week. However if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable to pay the balance unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
