Short Breaks available out of Season only:
January to Easter, Late October, November and December
(excluding Christmas and New Year).
Three night weekend break - Friday to Monday - £400
Or mid week break from Monday to Friday - £400
Discounts available for bookings of consecutive weeks,
please deduct 5% per week.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Dogs should not be left in the house unattended
and should be kept out of the bedrooms.
Cost £10 per dog - maximum of 2 dogs.
Small children must be supervised whilst outside, as the garden features water areas.
Non-smokers only please
All prices include electricity.
All linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided and the bedrooms made up for your arrival.
Weekly bookings: the accommodation will be from 3:30pm Saturday of arrival - 10:30am Saturday of departure.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and the balance of your holiday will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.
There is a refundable sum of £150 which will be due with the balance of your payment. For breakages/spills and general damage.
This
is repaid within a week after your holiday departure date.
Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not
be liable to pay the outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit, unless you book an alternative week.
However if you cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable
to pay
the balance
unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
Recommendations:
We had an excellent holiday at the Cart Barn. Lovely accommodation, very well equipped
(including the most enjoyable welcome pack),
and in the middle of stunning scenery with blue skies (mostly!). June 2011
I have just returned from London after staying at the Cart Barn for 3 nights the weekend of 17-19 Sept.
The house is in a beautiful location, the building finished to the highest standard, the decor & furnishings exquisite,
and my wife wants me to buy the house for her!!
To be serious I would be delighted if you would like to use this as a testimonial,
and we will certainly stay with you again next year.
